Our website features a diverse selection of items, including both pre-loved and brand new products in their original packaging. These items are categorized based on their condition, which includes excellent, very good, good, and fair. Each product page includes a description of its condition. The prices may vary accordingly. If you have any further inquiries about a specific item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the product name and your location.
While we primarily operate as an online furniture business, we understand that some customers may have a strong desire to view our products in person. If you are interested in scheduling a viewing appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We will be more than happy to assist you in arranging a suitable time.

Our return policy extends for 7 days on all products, except those marked as final sale. Please note that if you purchased an unboxed product and no longer have the packaging, a repackaging fee of $50 will be applicable.
For orders under $2,000, shipping within Toronto incurs a flat fee of $150. If you are located outside of Toronto, please contact us to inquire about shipping rates and eligibility. For orders above $2,000, delivery is included and is shown at checkout.
If you prefer to pick-up your order, simply use the code PICKUP during checkout, and the $75 delivery charge will be waived. After placing your order, one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment for the pickup.
Our Toronto warehouse is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes north of Toronto Pearson Airport. For our Vancouver warehouse, it is situated approximately 5 minutes away from Marine Gateway Skytrain Station.
Our delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 days. Within 24 hours of placing your order, one of our customer service representatives will reach out to you and provide an estimated arrival time. Our dedicated delivery team will bring the item directly to your front door or reception area, if you're not available at home.
